We are open all year round and currently require a 72 hours notice period. Due to Corvid 19 we can only accommodate one family unit at any one time. Please check directly with the establishment to arrange your reservation. Accommodation is provided subject to availability and at the tariff quoted.

We strictly adhere to and expect you to co-operate with all the current Corvid 19 regulations. A questionnaire/check list will be sent to you at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. This must be completed and returned prior to your visit. We will cancel your reservation should we either not receive your completed form prior to arrival or you are in any way in non-compliance of the current Corvid 19 guidelines.

No prepayment needed. Payment will become due at the time of your visit and must be settled prior to departure. We are unable to accept debit/credit cards, but welcome bank transfer, cash or cheque. Please make cheques payable to TR & K Annison.

In the case of cancellation 7 days prior to arrival date and in the event of our being unable to re-let the room (s), we reserve the right to charge 50% of the total cost of the booking and an invoice will be issued accordingly with settlement due within 14 days. A no show or cutting your stay short the will result in the full balance being charged.

When booking your stay you are entering into a legally binding contract and it is recommended that you take out holiday insurance cover.

We reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person party to that contract cause any detriment to the well being of other guests.

On arrival your room will be ready for you from 4pm – 8pm, earlier or later by arrangement. On the day of departure we would ask you to leave by 10.15am.

Set evening meal is available by prior arrangement only and at the prices quoted. Please advise us of any special dietary needs in advance which we will endeavour to comply with. We must be advised in advance of any food allergies.

We cannot accept responsibility for the loss of guest’s property or damage to car (s) parked in our car park.

We provide non-smoking accommodation throughout the house and any infringement will result in your being asked to leave. We will require full settlement of your account plus an additional charge of one night for extra cleaning.

We expect that you will notify us of any damage you cause.

Pets are welcome to sleep in your room free of charge. They are also allowed in the sitting room at the discretion of other guests and ourselves. They are not normally allowed in the dining room. We reserve the right to charge for any extra cleaning or damage caused by your pet.

General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) – 25/05/2018. When accepting a booking we will take your contact details which we will use to offer information regarding your visit and any future visit. These details will not be passed on to any other party except under the current Corvid19 track and trace regulations.
